Emily Devlin began her singing career at the tender age of six, when she performed at the Innisfil Summerfest Talent Show with a song written by her her mother , singer/songwriter Michelle Devlin, going on to win the contest three years in a row in her age category.
At eight years old, Emily and her mum won an award from the Town of Innisfil for writing the song 'The Place I Live', a delightful historical ditty about the Township.
Emily went on to play the role of Dorothy in her Grade 8 school production of 'The Wizard Of Oz', as well as performing lead roles in numerous other productions with Onstage Performance Group and at the South Simcoe Theatre.
In Grade 9 Emily Devlin attended the famed Etobicoke School of the Performing Arts, where she was classically trained in musical theatre, a strong influence in her shows .
In her last two years at E.S.A. she was hired to impersonate singer Adele for the prestigious Simply Divas show for charity.
Emily is working on her first CD as well as a 'Songs For Peace' album and a children's album with her mother.
Emily Devlin and her Quartet were the featured Act at Innisfil's Libraryand Idea Lab for the Barrie Jazz & Blues Festival in June 2014.
